The University of Tennessee Gardens will host a gingerbread cookie making class from 10-11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14.
Children will learn how ginger root is used to create the cookie and will have the opportunity to decorate their own cookie. Students will also get to decorate a gingerbread ornament.
This class is for children ages 3-5. Cost is $8 for members and $12 for nonmembers.
