On Thursday, Dec. 27, the eighth Bojangles’ restaurant in Knoxville will open at 5916 Middlebrook Pike. In celebration the company will give away a box full of prices valued at more than $250 to the first customer in the restaurant and free $20 gift cards to the first 100 customers that visit.
The doors will open at 5:30 a.m.

I happen to like fried chicken cooked well. Bojangles is pretty good for a chain. Anyone know a good restaurant that serves really good fried chicken (do not include chicken strips or tenders)?
