Williams-Sonoma hosts February classes

Four cooking classes, and four technique classes will be held in February at Williams-Sonoma, 7600 Kingston Pike.

The cooking classes include "All About Chocolate," (Feb. 6, $55) with a menu of spicy chocolate cakes, bittersweet chocolate cake, petits pots de creme au chocolat, crisp chocolate bites and chocolate espresso bars and "New Orleans Favorites," (Feb. 28, $55) featuring a menu of Cajun shrimp, black eyed peas and brown rice, spicy seafood and sausage gumbo and classic southern pralines.

All cooking classes are held from 6-8 p.m. and require registration by calling 865-539-1070.

The free technique classes are held at noon Sundays.

These events include "Big Bowls of Chili," (Feb. 5), "Winter Vegetables," (Feb. 12), "Knife Skills," (Feb. 19) and "Fresh, Fast and Easy Pasta, (Feb. 26).
