Wines from Darioush winery will be featured at Bistro by the Track's Feb. 15 wine dinner.
The event, which begins at 6:30 p.m., includes a menu of warm salmon salad, duck confit with root vegetable cakes and spiced cherry coulis, chicken mole with charred corn and arros con crema, braised Wagyu chuck with wild mushrooms, polenta and haricot verts., and Tiramisu with marscapone, chocolate and hazelnuts for dessert.
