Ready for the World Cafe, a 10-week full-service international luncheon series presented weekly by the University of Tennessee Culinary Institute, Pellissippi Culinary Institute and UT's Hotel Restaurant Tourism's advanced food production and service management class, will kick off Tuesday, Feb. 14, featuring cuisine from Ireland.
Each meal will include an appetizer, salad, entree and dessert, available noon-1 p.m. at UT Visitors Center, 2712 Neyland Drive.
Dates for the weekly event and featured cuisine are:
Feb. 21: Japan
Feb. 28: Brazil
March 6: India
March 15: Korea
March 27: Italy
April 3: France
April 10: Liberia
April 17: Persia
April 26: Germany
Tickets are $12 and can be ordered in advance by calling 865-974-6645.
