Unibroue High Gravity Beer will be featured at a dinner to be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31 at Lakeside Tavern, 10911 Concord Park Drive.
The menu includes chilled roasted golden beet salad on field greens with goat cheese and rosemary vinaigrette, smoked lamb ribs with truffled Limburger macaroni and cheese, braised beef short ribs with roasted potatoes and sauteed Brussels sprouts.
