Chick-fil-A giving free meals Friday for Cow Appreciation Day

Love cows but indifferent on the fate of chickens?

Chick-fil-A restaurants in East Tennessee and around the country are celebrating Cow Appreciate Day Friday, July 13, by giving a free meal to anyone dressed "head to hoof" in cow attire. Those with at least a few spots will get a free entrée.

Customers can visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner to participate.

In 2011, nearly 600,000 people participated. For more information, go to CowAppreciationDay.com.
