A four-course wine dinner will be held Wednesday, Aug. 1, at Naples Italian Restaurant, 5500 Kingston Pike.
The menu includes vanilla thyme poached lobster tail with saffron beurre blanc and lobster slaw; roast duck with dark cherry fritters and poached quail egg; wild boar lasagna with smoked provolone and black bean ratatouille; with a dessert of chocolate marshmallow cassata.
