The second annual Serve and Protect program which focuses on sustainable seafood, will be held Sept. 13 at the Tennessee Aquarium, Chattanooga. Guest chef will be Food Network star Chef Alton Brown.
Tickets to the 11 a.m. demonstration and tasting event featuring Brown is $75. Tickets to the 5:30 p.m. cocktail party and dinner with Brown is $200.
