The Vegetarian Society of East Tennessee will sponsor a Sri Lankan cooking demonstration at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, at the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church, 2931 Kingston Pike. UT Sri Lankan students will demonstrate "kiribath" (coconut milk rice balls).
