Wines from Rombauer Vineyards will be featured at a wine dinner to be held 6:30 p.m. Aug. 20 at Bistro by the Tracks, 215 Brookview Centre Way.
The menu includes lobster salad; duck pot stickers; house made sausage with spicy collard greens; grilled lamb chops with Gruyere and bacon gratin; local cheeses with dried fruit, nuts and crostini, and baked chocolate truffles with hazelnut cream and filo dough.
