The "Chef’s Day Out" cooking class featuring Chefs Deron Little and Kirk Emery will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 23, at Sequoyah Grille, 4429 Kingston Pike. The topic is brunch and guests will learn to poach an egg, prepare Hollandaise sauce and make sangria. A three-course meal will be served. Cost is $35. Call 865-766-5331 for reservations.
