From 3-6 p.m. today, Heather Kyle of the University of Tennessee Extension Office will be testing pressure can lids during the weekly New Harvest Park Farmers’ Market. From 4-4:30 p.m. she will offer a demonstration on how to prepare warm zucchini salad. The market is located at 4775 New Harvest Lane.
