Glass Bazaar to host classes
Eight culinary classes will be held at the Glass Bazaar, 6470 Kingston Pike. They include "Excellence and Perfection," (July 9) featuring chorizo sausage lasagna with three-bean Bolognese and rosemary Grand Marnier glazed peaches with vanilla bean gelato; "Summer in Mexico City," (July 17), with a menu of grilled chicken breasts with apricot and pine nut mole sauce, stuffed Mexican zucchini with pepper medley and mangoes flame with tequila and creme fresca; and "Summer Bounty," (July 25), featuring sweet corn and butter bean succotash, and, heirloom summer tomato salad with grilled flat iron steak. All classes begin at 6 p.m. Price is $48 per person.
