They include "Amanti del pasta," (July 10, $50), to include pappardelle pasta served with three sauces; and "Wok and Roll," (July 24, $50) featuring techniques on using a bamboo steamer, how to stir fry and deep fry, as well as discussion on unusual Asian ingredients.
