Wines from Josh Cellars and Girard Winery will be presented at a Sommelier’s Dream wine dinner at 6 p.m. Sunday, March 18, at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, 11287 Parkside Drive.
The menu includes smoked trout over field greens, braised beef short ribs, roasted mushroom ravioli, herb-roasted prime rib and Key lime torte for dessert.
