Frozen Irish Coffee
1½ ounces Irish whiskey
5 ounces hot black coffee
1 tablespoon vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon sugar
Grated chocolate, for garnish
1 Shake whiskey, coffee and sugar briefly in a highball glass with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice. Top with ice cream, and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Serve with a straw.
