Most restaurants will be open on May 13, Mother’s Day. This list offers a selection of restaurants that will be offering special Mother’s Day dining events.

Echo Bistro and Wine Bar, 5803 Kingston Pike: Mother’s Day brunch. Hours are 11 a.m.-3 p.m.; cost is $27.95 per person. Call 865-602-2090 for menu and reservations.

Bistro by the Tracks, 215 Brookview Centre Way: Mother’s Day brunch 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. to include Cajun eggs Benedict with blackened pork tenderloin, lemon basil hollandaise; and rainbow trout with smoked fingerling potatoes, capers and spinach with drawn butter sauce. Chez Liberty, 5200 Kingston Pike: Mother’s Day brunch from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Sunday. The menu will include fried chicken and waffles as well as Three Little Pigs, a dish that features three waffle points, one served with pork belly, one with breakfast sausage and the third with Benton’s bacon.
