Historic downtown Sevierville is the site for the eighth annual Bloomin’ Barbecue and Bluegrass event to be held 5-8 p.m. Friday, May 18 and 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday, May 19. The event will include a Kansas City Barbecue cook-off, a kids’ burger cook off, mountain soul vocal competition and a bluegrass music tent.
