The Hickory Daily Record reports (that the SyFy show "Hollywood Treasures" says in a news release that it has acquired Henry River Mill Village. The release also reminds people of its June 5 show that will feature the village, which is in eastern Burke County near Hildebran.
According to the release, the property will be auctioned by sealed bid through Los Angeles-based Profiles in History with a deadline of July 31. The asking price is $1.4 million.
