A Catena Wine Dinner featuring Argentine wines will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 6. The event will feature apricot and seafood crevice with pear and nutmeg sphere; pork rib empanada; grilled 1855 rib-eye with tiger eye beans; beef belly confit; smoked brisket with plantain chips and cumin salt; and cassis and fig terrine with thyme currant cookie.
