The University of Tennessee Culinary Institute and Pellissippi State Technical Community College’s Ready for the World Cafe culinary lunches will be held from noon-1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20 (Northern Spanish); Thursday, Nov. 29 (Fusion 1); and Tuesday, Dec. 4 (Fusion 2) at UT’s Visitor Center, 2712 Neyland Drive.
