A four-course meal paired with Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch Whiskey will be held 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 11287 Parkside Drive.
The menu includes scallop salad with pancetta and toasted onion in lemon-chili vinaigrette; slow-roasted pork belly with Chevre grits; tenderloin of beef with crisp pimento potato cake; and chocolate budino for dessert.
