Erin’s Meadow Herb Farm, 132 England Lane, Clinton, will host the following events: "Learn to make culinary herb gifts," (1 p.m., Dec. 1, $25); "Aromatic gifts of health and well-being," (1 p.m., Dec. 8, $25); and "Holiday Tea Thyme at the Herb Farm," (10 a.m.-3 p.m., Dec. 15) featuring a workshop on making a Christmas herb ball, an old fashion holiday Pomander and how-to blend a mix of mulling spices. Cost is $7 per class or $20 for all events.
