Chef Dustin Busby, preservationist and farmstead manager for Blackberry Farm, will demonstrate cooking techniques using Century Harvest Farm's grass-fed beef at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, at Saw Works Brewing Co., 708 E. Depot Ave. Samples will be provided.
