Marble Slab Creamery and Great American Cookie will reopen Saturday, Oct. 6, at 10972 Parkside Drive, as a co-branded operation. A special celebration will be held from noon-2 p.m. with the first 100 guests to receive a free scoop of ice cream. Musical artist Grayson Chance, who has appeared on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show, will perform.
