Breakthrough, a non-profit company that provides services for autistic adults in East Tennessee will be opening a bakery, in early November to help teach life skills to those with autism spectrum disorders.
Pre-orders of chocolate chip and seasonal cookies are currently being accepted. Cost is 50 cents for a mini-bag, $3.50 for a half dozen and $6 for a dozen. Special pricing for bulk orders. Call Ashlee Day, 865-247-0065, ext. 21 to place the order or email aday@breakthroughknoxville.com.
