Newk's Express Cafe will open its new location at 9261 Kingston Pike on Monday, Oct. 22. Newk's offers made-to-order oven-baked sandwiches, homemade soups, tossed salads and California-style pizzas. Hours are 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
