Actress/Vol fan Naya Rivera (here on the cover of FHM UK magazine) might make you forget about Peyton Manning for half a sec.
ESPN’s GameDay is coming to town Saturday in conjunction with the Tennessee-Florida game at Neyland Stadium, and as usual there will be a “surprise” celebrity picker.
Phillip Fulmer would be an obvious choice for this weekend, as might be Pat Summitt, but there are endless possibilities.
For example, Peyton Manning is going to be playing down the road in Atlanta Monday night, leading his Broncos against the Falcons. What with the extra day to prepare for his game (Monday instead of Sunday), he might have a little time to drop in on his alma mater. Also, country music icon Kenny Chesney recently wrapped up his tour with Tim McGraw, so it’s conceivable the Luttrell native (and huge football fan), might be around for the game.
Meanwhile, “Glee” star Naya Rivera is a proud sister to Vol Mychal Rivera, and she’s been here to see the Vols before. This week she took to Twitter to celebrate him scoring a touchdown on his birthday last Saturday against Georgia State, and this evening she tweeted: “Doing an interview with Fox sports to talk about that lil’ cutie @MychalRivera Go Vols! So excited for the game this weekend!”
