Students of the University of Tennessee Culinary Institute's class on advanced food production and service management will be hosting a Southern Italian luncheon noon Tuesday, Sept. 25, at the Institute, 2712 Neyland Drive. The four-course meal will feature an antipasto plate, pasta alla puttanesca with Pecorino Romano, Zuppa di pesce and cannolo Sicilliano. Cost is $12.
