Nine cooking classes will be held in October at the Glass Bazaar, 6470 Kingston Pike. They include "Side Show," featuring oven barbecue brisket, tomato-bread salad, corn and blueberry medley, Gorgonzola walnut potatoes and peachy keep upside down cake (Oct. 3); "Sweet and Delicious," with a menu of pulled pork en croute with blood orange barbecue, fried local vegetables with sweet mustard, and flourless chocolate cake with strawberry espuma (Oct. 15); and "Classic Indian Favorites," to include Tandoori chicken, vegetable samosa, chana masala, naan and mango fruit pudding (Oct. 24).
