A five-course wine dinner will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20 at Lakeside Tavern, 10911 Concord Park Drive.
The menu includes beef tartar with juniper kale emulsion and crispy shallots; sunchoke soup with butter poached prawns and parsnip chips; and smoked pork tenderloin with cornbread pudding.
