Cru Bistro, 11383 Parkside Drive, will host a Valentine's Day couples sampling menu on Thursday, Feb. 14.
The menu includes two glasses of champagne, grilled shrimp and Brie with sweet Pomegranate sauce; tuna grapefruit crudo with roasted pine nuts and citrus ponzu; pistachio crusted lamb rack with lobster cake and roasted corn relish over truffled mashed potatoes and Swiss chard; a dessert of white chocolate raspberry cheesecake.
