From Thursday, Feb. 14-Sunday, Feb. 17, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 11287 Parkside Drive, will offer a Valentine Celebration Menu to include heirloom tomato and housemate burrata; citrus marinated salmon tartar; and a choice of roasted lobster tail with vanilla lemon butter and Mac and cheese with crispy pancetta or Chateaubriand with crab glacage with Madeira sauce and asparagus spears.
