Students of Pellissippi State Culinary Institute, the University of Tennessee Culinary Institute and UT's Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism program are presenting "Ready for the World Cafe, a culinary tour of global cuisine.
The schedule is Northern Italy (Feb. 28); Southern France (March 7); Northern France (March 21); Sushi (April 4); Japanese (April 11); Spain (April 18); Japanese/French fusion (April 25); and Spanish/Italian fusion (May 2).
Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. at UT's Visitor Center, Neyland Drive. Cost is $12 and reservations must be made in advance by emailing email@example.com or calling 865-974-6645.
