Six culinary demonstrations will be held in March at the Glass Bazaar, 6470 Kingston Pike.
They include “Spring Roast,” (6 p.m., March 11), featuring roasted beet and goat cheese salad; roasted pork with herb dumplings; and caramelized roasted pear with Sabayon and raspberries; “East Meets West,” (6 p.m., March 18), with a menu of duck confit wonton with hoisin glaze; pan seared Chilean sea bass with lobster butter and pimento cheese grits; and chocolate Frangelico squares with raspberry coulis; and “A Taste of Local Cuisine,” (6 p.m., March 25), with a menu to include golden heirloom tomato gazpacho; smoked duck breast with buttermilk cheddar and Benton’s bacon corn pudding topped with grilled peach chutney; and apple tart topped with vanilla bean-infused double cream.
