A Beringer fine wine dinner will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at Lakeside Tavern, 10911 Concord Park Drive.
The menu will include oyster ceviche with serrano brined blued point oysters and candied grapefruit; green tea-poached escolar with crispy herbed couscous and charred mango; vermouth-braised pork belly with Hunters sausage, broccoli raab and maple jus; and Benton’s bacon and Boursin cheese stuffed venison rack with grilled cippolini and rocket salad.
Cost is $50.
