The Girl Scouts of Southern Appalachians will be taking orders for their annual cookie sale beginning Friday, Jan. 11.
There are six varieties available, Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs, Do-si-dos, Trefoils, Savannah Smiles, Dulce de Leche and Thank You Berry Munch.
Each box retails for $3.50 and all proceeds benefit the local Girl Scouts. Delivery and booth sales begin on March 1.
Orders are also accepted online at www.iwantcookies.org, with local troops filling online orders from their region.
