The Orangery is joining forces with Young-Williams Animal Center to help animals in the community.
On Monday, Jan. 14, guests can enjoy a Kobe burger and fries for $10 and a donation of $5 for every burger sold will be donated to Young Williams Animal Center.
The event begins at 5:30 p.m. and reservations are preferred by calling 865-558-2964.

I thought Kobe beef from Japan was not allowed to be imported? I am guessing it will be "Kobe-style" from the USA with Wagyu/Angus cattle versus the real thing from Japan and the Tajima cattle.
