Saul Young/Business Journal Dr. Bill Bass speaks at a "Forensics at the Fort" fundraiser for James White Fort in downtown Knoxville.

An evening with Dr. Bill Bass, forensic anthropologist and co-author of numerous mystery books, will host a presentation during a surf and turf dinner held 6-9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21, at Echo Bistro and Wine Bar, 5803 Kingston Pike.

The meal will include sea bass and veal piccata. Cost is $69.95 without a book or $99.95 with a book.
