The Glass Bazaar, 6470 Kingston Pike, kicks off the new year with one January culinary class and four in February. They include “Shrimply Delicious,” (Jan. 28), with a menu to include grilled shrimp and chopped wedge salad; “Flying High with Flavor,” (Feb. 4), featuring pan roasted airline chicken breast with wild mushroom risotto and crispy Brussels sprout leaves; “Chocolate Fantasy,” (Feb. 6); “Essence of Flavor,” (Feb. 11); and “Flavorful Sous,” (Feb. 25), with a menu of Mexican roasted pork stew, potato and leek soup with red chili mascarpone; roasted tomato garlic soup and royal blueberry gazpacho (Feb. 25). All classes begin at 6 p.m. and the cost is $48.
