Fiona McAnally, statewide coordinator for Tennessee’s food policy council, will discuss heirloom seeds at Slow Food Knoxville’s “Saved-Up Potluck,” to be held 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27 at The Birdhouse, 800 N. Fourth Ave.
Members should bring a dish made with a canned, frozen, dried or otherwise preserved local food, or donate $5 for the meal. Bring your own place setting and beverage.
