Glass Bazaar hosts culinary classes

The Glass Bazaar, 6470 Kingston Pike, kicks off the new year with one January culinary class and four in February.

They include “Shrimply Delicious,” (Jan. 28), with a menu to include grilled shrimp and chopped wedge salad; “Flying High with Flavor,” (Feb. 4), featuring pan-roasted airline chicken breast with wild mushroom risotto and crispy Brussels sprout leaves; “Chocolate Fantasy,” (Feb. 6); “Essence of Flavor,” (Feb. 11); and “Flavorful Sous,” (Feb. 25), with a menu of Mexican roasted pork stew, potato and leek soup with red chili mascarpone; roasted tomato garlic soup and royal blueberry gazpacho (Feb. 25).
