Shiitake Happens is a mushroom log seminar to be held at 11a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, led by Bob Hess of "Everything Mushrooms."
For $25 guests of Ijams Nature Center, 2915 Island Home Ave., will receive all materials necessary to make their own Shiitake log. A $5 fee is also offered for those that only want instruction. Prepayment required at www.ijams.org or call 865-577-4717 for more information.
