The University of Tennessee will host a noncredit Valentine's Day dinner class from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, at the UT Conference Center.
Instructor Mark McKinney will teach students how to make Oysters Rockefeller, Ricotta Stuffed Chicken and Linguini with a Tomato Basil Sauce.
For dessert, attendees will make Molten Chocolate Tartlets with Coffee Ice Cream and Fresh Fruit. The class cost is $65 and includes all food and materials. Attendees must bring a chef's knife and paring knife to class. Close-toed shoes and long pants must be worn as well as an apron.
