Four new entrees have been added to Abuelo's menu through Aug. 19.
They are the Steak Wrapped Chile Relleno featuring a roasted poblano pepper filled with cheese and wrapped with wood-grilled steak, topped with red chile sauce and paired with a shredded beef enchilada; Pollo Florentine that includes a chicken breast covered with mushroom brandy cream sauce, Monterey Jack cheese, spinach, corn and roasted red peppers, served with cilantro lime rice and a vegetable medly; Shrimp Fresca Salad prepared with chilled shrimp over mixed greens with mandarin oranges, grape tomatoes, radish slices, jicama, honey roasted almonds and fresh fruit; and Filete del Chef Luis, which is a six-ounce center cut wood-grilled beef tenderloin filet topped with Papas con Chile.
