July cooking classes at the Glass Bazaar, 6470 Kingston Pike, include "Grecian Flavors," ( 6 p.m. July 8), featuring a menu of Greek village salad; oregano seared spring lamb chops with goat cheese fingerling potato salad; and pine nut yogurt cake with lemon ouzo reduction; "Black and Blue," (6 p.m. July 18), with a menu of prosciutto wrapped arugula with blackberry balsamic vinaigrette; seared duck breast with blackberry bourbon sauce with shiitake rice and roasted asparagus; and blueberry lime pound cake; and "Fresh from the Garden," (6 p.m., July 31) to include grilled goat cheese crostini with marinated roasted red pepper salsa; grilled eggplant topped with olive, orange and anchovy vinaigrette; seared beef tenderloin with arugula, with sun-dried tomato butter and peach and honey whipped cream parfait.
