New tenants at Pinnacle at Turkey Creek will by Christmas push the retail center’s occupancy rate to its highest since it opened seven years ago.
“We are approaching 100 percent occupancy at our four quads as part of the Turkey Creek family. It’s just getting back to where it should be,” General Manager Darryl Whitehead said.
The shopping center, managed by Birmingham, Ala.-based Bayer Properties, includes everything from Belk and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse to Regal Cinemas Pinnacle Stadium 18 and stretches from h.h. gregg and Calhoun’s to Best Buy.
While some spaces have turned over, Whitehead said progress is being made to fill in the gaps.
