A wine dinner will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, at Cru Bistro, 11383 Parkside Drive.
The menu includes crab ceviche with rhubarb-white peach gelee, mint and Benton’s country ham; cornmeal fried quail, sourdough pain perdu with fennel and thyme; filet au poivre, potato dauphine and wilted spinach, with cherry clafoutis for dessert.
