This reads like a campaign tour for the Seventh-day Adventist Church. What are they cooking, Souls?

Dear tnhiker, interesting comment, however since Seventh-day Adventists strongly believe in healthy living at it's best, this is simply an opportunity to share throughout the East Tennessee area aspects of a more healthful lifestyle. Mark Anthony is a Plant Based/Vegan Chef and will be in the area for a little more than a week and is willing to pepare food for as many people as possible who want to learn the basics of plant based meals.

Because of their interest in health, Seventh-day Adventist churches do not charge a fee for the facility nor the food, so it truly is a good opportunity for anyone interested in a healthful lifestyle. Mark Anthony also does not charge a fee, although donations will be excepted for the meal but it is not required.

It is Mark's desire that this will be helpful to many people living in East Tennessee, so if you're interested, pick a location and time most convenient for you for an evening of good food and clean family intertainment.
